• The key fits the door of the apartment and the main entrance.
• App. 2, 3 and 4: You don’t need to lock the main entrance. But you need the key to come in.
• App. 1 and 5 could lock the main entrance for the night if they wish.Don't leave the key in the lock.
• All apartments are smoke free. No smoking in the windows and fireplaces. Smoking can be done outside. Do not disturb the other guests with your smoking and us the ashtrays provided.
• On your tablet you find all the information you need for an excellent stay in the watermill, and further an maps, walks, tourist information, etc.
• Breakfast (if booked) will be placed in a basket in front of the door of your apartment around 08:00 in the morning. You can place the empty basket in front of the door.
  To make a reservation or cancellation for breakfast: send a text message to Claes on 0619 57 62 15 before 7 pm, stating the day(s) of the week, number of people and apartment number. Price: € 12.50 p.p.

The credit card you provide will be charged with the amount of your stay the day after your arrival. An invoice will be sent by email. In case of a no-show or an early departure, the fully booked stay will be charged.

• Wi-Fi internet is free, connection thru ‘Moulin le Cygne', password see index page.
• Sheets and towels will be changed once a week. Towels as much as you want are available on demand.
• Bakery: Rue d’Hôpital and closed on Wednesdays. The second bakery is located in the city center. There is also a bakery (the bio? bakery) on the road to Verdun, with terrace.
• The garden is yours. More chairs, cushions, etc. ask Claes.
• Garbage: We recycle waste. Recycling bins down the alley at no. 10. Read the instruction carefully: recycling waste
• Parking: 3 cars facing the wall, 2 cars facing the water. Please don’t block the garages of the neighbour
• Check out time between 8.00 - 11.00 hrs.

The supermarkets are open all day till 7 pm. Intermarché is also open on Sunday morning. You find the Intermarché behind the Aldi and the Lidl. At the roundabout direction Verdun.

The yearly market in Stenay is on the 1st of May. The yearly flee market is on the 14th of July.

Every Friday morning there is a weekly market with vegetables, plants, clothing, etc.
Every Friday morning also a weekly market in Verdun. Weekly markets in the area.

Shops are closed daily from 12.00 till 14.00 hours.

Gasoline (and diesel) at the Intermarché. During shops openings hours. In the evening, weekend and at noon only by bank card.

The tourist office is located at the port.

Brocante, During the summer you will often find a flea market in one of the villages. There is one flea market shop: Cervisy, north of Stenay. Open most Saturdays and Sundays. Name: Dépôt de Vente. And you can check out the website: Brocabrac
